I saw these covers and am wondering if they are manga or novels. And what are they called in English and Japanese.

They are light novels 海賊商人と真珠の婚約 and あぶない魔王のお気に入り. First one is about a daughter of fallen nobility who gets engaged to a former pirate who is now a merchant. The girl gets engaged to him to preserve the books in her university and the guy wants to get a title of nobility. Second is about a girl who gets summoned to another world and gets abducted by the demon king. Reviews say they're meh though.
