Can anyone please tell me who Michiru is in love with? Is it Hikaru or Leon? I hope its Leon because he is too sweet and if he isn't chosen it would be unfair to him

I know Michiru was going out with Leon at the chapter 7 and if you are rooting for Michiru and Leon, and think they are cute together, just like how I was rooting for Michiru and Leon, then please don't read the following spoiler, it will break your heart just like it did to me -----

Michiru breaks up with Leon because she thinks she is too dirty because of being molested by her father, and Michiru thinks a dirty girl like her can't be with Leon as his girlfriend, so in order to be together with him forever, she wishes to be just friends. Here comes what will really piss people off..........., Michiru starts sleeping with Hikaru. She sleeps with him and makes love because she thinks its comfortable, in short, she starts an adult relationship with Hikaru while she still seems to have an innocent, pure love for Leon

I was soo sad when I was told about these events in the spoiler tag by two very nice guys who read the RAWS and understood them. Poor Leon, why do the nice guys always lose out? Leon really should start Ice-Dancing again, pair-up with another chick and kick Hikaru-Michiru's butts in a competition

Actually Michiru was doing that BEFORE she broke up with her boyfriend pretty much makes a whore for doing that behind he's back. I use to like her but not after that and she did it more than once btw.

WTF I didnt know that she did it even before she broke up with Leon. Well I still don't hate her, because she is broken and mentally very unstable.

discussing the spoilers so I'll cut it for those who haven't read them

first off I don't think 'whore' quite applies here. I mean we have a mentally unstable girl who thinks she's not good enough for Leon, that's she's dirty, that he deserves better. And while I haven't seen the raws I can pretty much guess the plot because it's been done before. She starts sleeping with the other guy, and I doubt she did it to hurt Leon, I doubt she fully understood what she was really doing given the characterization they've set up so far. I'm betting we'll find that Hikaru made the first move (please correct me if I'm wrong) and I'm betting she figured she was all ready 'dirty' so what did it matter? We're talking about a girl who at the age of 10? 11? maybe earlier, was molested by her step father and quite possibly (as flashbacks have hinted) witnessed the murder of a man she respected, admired and possibly loved. As if she's going to come out of that unscathed and I'm thinking Leon is smarter enough to recognize that. Or I'm really hoping. Not saying he won't be hurt, but I'm really hope he can see that's she doing it because something inside her is broken.

Anyway, that's my two cents, and I look forward to more scans, the story is good so far and I look forward to seeing if my predictions above are correct 😀

Actually it was Michiru who made the first move on Hikaru. And yeah, I get what you are saying, as I said pretty much the same thing in my previous post where I said that I dont hate her because she is mentally very unstable. However, I did lose alot of respect for her after I heard that she was doing it while still being in a relationship while she wouldnt let Leon even touch her. So, all I can say is, Michiru can have my sympathy but I dont necessarily like her and I am pissed off at the author for always making the playboys like Hikaru win all the time.

No one has volume 8. So no way of knowing and most people lost interest because of those "Twists" and because she chose Hikaru.

Anyone knows the ending of this manga? It seems alot of people lost interest in this because Michiru chose Hikaru instead of Leon. I too liked Leon more but I still want to know the ending. I dont like Michiru at all

Not to revive an old thread but due to recent chapters and having actually read everything now I wanted to clarify somethings. I'm not sure where the idea that she sleeps with Hikaru while dating Leon came from because that's not true. Having gone back through the scans I can't find an instance of this. She breaks up with Leon in chapter 9 and sleeps with Hikaru in chapter 12.

Hikaru: If you're awake fight me off, otherwise I'm going to ravish you.
Michiru: ..Its okay, I don't mind if its you.Do horrible things to me, mess me up more.

Michiru honestly believes she is dirty and ugly and Leon deserves someone better than her. She doesn't want him to touch her because she likes him and doesn't mind Hikaru because she doesn't have any feelings for me. At least that's how I see it. We're never given any indication weather or not Michiru derives any pleasure from sex. I see it more of a going through the motions sort of thing on her part. Hikaru puts the wheels in motion and she rolls with it. I don't believe she has any pleasurable feelings at all. Save for the childlike innocence she retains around Leon, which she gets to keep by not sleeping with.

Anway, those of you dropping the manga because you think she's a slut or something give it another go. Seriously the pyschological mystery surrounding Michiru is enough to keep me reading.

It doesn't feel like she's going to end up with Hikaru romantically, just a feeling. But part of the fun is waiting to see what happens. Does Leon find out about the abuse and save her ? Or maybe Hikaru does? Can Michiru let go of her infantile behaviour and have healthy relationship with Leon or will she learn to love Hikaru despite her past abuse? I'm leaning toward Leon personally, just something about it feels like that's where is will go. He'll learn of the abuse and help her to overcome it.

Those of you that think Michiru is a slut this includes myself. She is actually one screwed up girl raped and molested at 9-10 and by her own step-father and continued on till she got older. It gets better from volume 5 which are the latest scanlated chapters. This is a real spoiler so read at your own risk.

From the looks of it from this point till the end she never slept with Hikaru even once gave him one kiss and that's it from what I can see and that was for rescuing her. She was slowly confronting her past but also feeling to dirty to progress her relationship with Leon and it also looks like she isn't letting Hikaru get intimate with her like she use too. In the end it looks like Hikaru marries his childhood friend/ex-partner (rival girl in the latest scanlated chapters). Leon and Michiru become a more obvious couple but both still hesitating to go further because of what the other thinks until finally it seems Michiru too the initiative in the last chapter.

Yeah being raped doesn't give you an excuse to be human scum... Just like ignorance of the law isn't absolution of it. We've all had some shit go down in our lives, some more than others. But when we use that stuff to gain sympathy for our betrayals and wrong-doings, well that's just a mark of a fundamentally fucked up human being. Ain't nothing we can do to fix that. We just gotta treat the past as the past and the present as the present.

Sure it's fun to know why people are the way that they are, but at the end of the day it's nothing more than trivia. If you're shooting at me, I'm not gonna say "nah it's cool, your father beat you with the butt of his rifle so it's fine".

After rereading what I wrote. That didn't come out exactly right. I should of said something more simple like after getting raped she became slut who was improving later on becoming less of a slut.
