alright im looking for this anime can't rememberthe name or site where i saw the clip but it was of this guy who had his arm pirced through the others chest and held his heart and as he crushed it the other died. i think it could be an alterned story to tsukishime the one with the lines of death.

also is there a manga of it?

Well, there's a scene in the 5th movie of the Kara no Kyoukai series where a woman gets her heart ripped out by a guy. The heart gets crushed after a short while.
