I haven't truly been excited or satisfied with Bleach for awhile. It has a few cool moments but that's it really. Bleach was like one of the first manga's I started so i feel obligated to see it finish though, though i don't expect much from the ending.

I don't find the plot very enjoyable, but I feel like I owe a debt to the series because if there's anything this mangaka can do, it's characters. Though the characters I like never show up (Ishida, Ukitake, Gin, anyone?) Bleach has a way with its characters which, despite the predictable, shounen-style plot, still lingers.

I can't say I read the series a lot... mostly I peek at it when I get a random urge—but there's this hopeless desire inside of me to see an intelligent ending to the series.

I can hope, I suppose.

I'm not crazy over it or anything, but it's still better than quite a few other manga on my reading list. Plus it comes out weekly with pretty good reliability, and has short chapters. If it ended soon, I wouldn't be too upset, but I'd greatly prefer if said ending resolved all the major plot points properly.

Major plot points? I haven't noticed any... If you ask me, the plot is there only to let Ichigo fight with everyone else... and so every possible pair can have at least one fight...
