Chapter 14 by frankyhouse is missing... as far as i can tell though, it should be listed, but it isn't

It isn't listed for the simple reason that it isn't written "Catoblepas" but "Cateblepas".
So of course when you do a search on "Catoblepas" you won't get that chapter. Some chapters have been released under associated names, that's why going through the series info pages is the best way to get all releases for a specific series.

N.B. The fact that "Cateblepas" is a right way to spell it or not is not really my problem (Someone else could correct that, if it is proven to be wrong). But that is the explanation to why you don't receive it as a result in your search.

The scanlation groups don't add releases into the database themselves. So it's possible that the people who do (admins and updaters) missed it. Which is probably the case.

But if you have any doubts, check the scanlator's website.
