If I was her I think I won't be able to forgive him for this. I know it selfish, but hey it's her birthday and it's not even A birthday, it's THE birthday that they wanted to celebrate together for the first time and there I wouldn't care about his ex. Maybe it wouldn't be that hard to forgive him if it wasn't for his ex, but it was!!!!!
But Haruna-sensei is always there for her even though he is her teacher she should choose him!!!!

Haruna's the obvious smart choice, but it's already such a cliche-y manga that you can safely bet it's gonna be Kousuke in the end.
