After they hit it off, the story just continues with them in the middle of it, and the mangaka just adding more characters.
The only mangas I can think of are:
- Horimiya
- Tonikaku Cawaii
- The Story Between a Dumb Prefect and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length
- Kou 2 ni Time Leaped Shita Ore ga, Touji suki Datta Sensei ni Kokutta Kekka

No mention of Ore Monogatari!!? Downright criminal. One of the most adorable relationships and yes they take maybe three chapters to admit their love for one another.
