Looking for an action manga where the society is almost steam punk and a lot of ppl (mc included) are super poor. Every year or so the place holds a tournament where everyone just fights it out. The mc is born of some robotic womb😕 He discovers he has lightning enhancements and the grows older to participate in the tourney. He also meets the current champion who’s super dope and has spider like enhancements (metal claws and thread powers). Memory is hazy but in the tournament he meets/fights some different ppl, one guy uses air boots, another has like a dragon snake pet, another is like a mermaid… Art was super nice, sorry if this is confusing but yeah hopefully I can find this manga 😔
