There is this manga where there is this guy and he finds a girl near a trash can wearing a Lolita dress. She asks if he needs a sister and he says he has one. She then comes to his house like a stalker. She kills his sister and him to in the end. She has this past where she was abused by her brother and her family was killed. She was sent to this facility where this doctor helped her. She always punished herself thinking she wasn't doing the right thing that her brother asked her to do. In the end, she killed the doctor after locking him up and torturing him. Any idea what this manga is called?
