Hi,
so obviously besides the manga that i have amassed over the years, which are mostly yaoi and shounen-ai manga, I also have a bunch of videos, precious photos and documents that I would like to recover after my portable external hard drive which was dropped and now is no longer being detected by my mac. So I considered going through a data recover company and i dont want to run into problems if they do find manga while trying to recover (which are usually in picture format). Just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation and/or experience with this.

Would they be able to view everything. Remember, a lot of yaoi=a lot of sex scenes which would be embarrassing for me if a company saw it. The main question is, would they really do anything about it?/Check through it?

Ps: I have tried going through mentally if there's anything shota related, which I cant think of at the top of my head but then again, usually download whatever the scanlating teams put out without much thought. <- this is what im most afraid of because hey not everything is understood/accepted by a majority of the masses 😀

PPS: I have thought about just redownloading everything but i dont have a list of all the ones I had and alot of the manga are from places that :1-i may not know where i got them from(anonymous) or are from now closed communities. It would just take to long to try to remember every single one.
