Not so much in terms of hugs (though they are there), but it's a pretty good manga.

Edit: As the manga goes on, the number of hug scenes did increase.

I've read Tasogare Otome x Amnesia. My favorite, can't wait for the anime.
I've also read Koharu no Hibi but I don't remember lots of hug scenes (?)
I've skimmed through Sora no Manimani, it looks like the hugging is the girl being overly familiar instead of being a show of affection between the couple(which I prefer).

Have you tried reading Otoyomegatari? It does come with hugs and cuddling and it's also a really good manga.

So I'm revieving this topic because there weren't many answers and I would like to read a series fitting this request.

P.S. I think Because I'm the Goddess had some hug scenes.

I have been reading Inu x Boku SS and found there are a lot of hugs in it.
