Looks like Matsumoto Miecohouse, otherwise known as Okachimachi Hato 🙂

Actually, now that I look at it again I could definitely be wrong and it's Hoshino Lily

GAH! That art style looks SO familiar! Maybe someone who can read Kanji will be able to tell you for sure... I would like to know as well ^.^

I think blondinator is right. My guess would have been Mikage Tsubaki, but if the first two characters in the uppermost heart are 表紙, then the translation is: "Cover Illustration ☆ Matsumoto Miecohouse".

Hmmm, now this is stumping me, which mangaka is it? I want to know now too. >_<

Well, just to clarify, the 'guess' I mentioned in my previous post was only my first thought (based on art style). Mikage Tsubaki's name does not actually appear on the given cover, and according to her website, she was not a Gentousha/Rutile contributor until 2011. (Hoshino Lily's name does not seem to be there, either.)

On the other hand, Matsumoto Miecohouse's name appears twice (as a chapter of Hoshi no Kazu Hodo is included in the volume). Also, a Google image search turns up this, so I'm going to say that I'm fairly certain your own first thought was right ;P...

Ahh, well mystery solved then. ^_^ Yay?
