I remember reading this one oneshot (maybe 2 chapters) about these three (highschool-aged) friends; a black-haired boy (the protagonist), a blonde cool-looking guy, and the childhood friend (I think) girl. They're all really playful and pal around but the black-haired kid is jealous of the blonde guy because the blonde guy is dating the girl and gets to fuck her. So one day afterschool during their cleaning duties he ends up fucking the girl (I don't remember if he had permission from the blonde guy, but he might have, and the girl may have been wearing a swimsuit at one point, idunno).

Eventually it turns into a mmf threesome with the blonde guy and I think they're outdoors too. Manga ended with the black-hair guy still being jealous despite getting to partake in their kinky sexcapades.

I remember the girl has shortish hair and is pretty genki and/or tomboyish.
