there's a funeral arc in the manga in which Sougo plays a role... lol he plans her funeral XD

in the recent Sakamoto x Mutsu arc they had a couple of moments.

Before that there was an arc where he kinda sorta proposed to her ... yeah it was great.

Possible but doesn't seem like it will happen because of the movie where Gintoki disappeared. It makes Shinpachi a likely pair with Kagura.

hmm but in the manga it seems to lean more towards okita x kagura

not that im saying any pairing will be endgame, but there are lots of hints of them

well there was a recent chapter where he 'sort of' proposed to her it was so cute :3

also there are some episodes where they team up with eachother (like the time they were captured by the enemy and they escape together)
