I'm mostly looking for a doujin translating/letterer position since I'm kind of a newbie and its a good way to start out since most doujin are shorter (16-30 pages long)

Hmm, can you work on yaoi/shounen-ai ones? You didn't specify a genre so I'll assume that you don't mind doing anything as long as they're doujinshi.
