hello, after reading quite a few posts I've come to realize that a lot of people use japanese words in place of English words. I'll give an example, rather than say 'cute' someone uses 'kawaii'. Another one could be 'otaku' rather than nerd. To be honest I would not use japanese words in sentences because I find it extremely irritating. I am not insulting the people who do, it's just that I wouldn't. It took me a while to learn the japanese words people use in their sentences, so I'm ok with it, though I would not use them in sentences in a million years.

lol, I went on for more than I intended. So do you use japanese words in your sentences?

Edit: For the record, I actually meant online, however, in real life is fine to.

Nope, but I don't really see anything wrong with people using that. Um Japanese people use English words in their sentences too, I think. I use English words when I speak in my language. But sometimes it just gets a bit annoying when I have to google it if I don't know what it means and I'm usually curious to know what it means.

Do you mean in RL?
I do online but not in reallife, as my friends and family (mum and dad) won't know what it means.

If you use Japanese while speaking English, i think it's okay if u use it kinda like an inside joke or within in inside group. you shouldnt use it to make someone feel stupid or left out.

I use Japanese words online and in RL with my Otaku friends, noone else.

Japanese Words in Place Of English Users = Wapanese (assuming their caucasian)

i suck at speaking Chinese i guess im too americanized. but whenever im talking to an only chinese speaker i'll do my best to communicate even if i have to splice in english words. i feel embarrassed to do it but it's one of those things i have to do.

Hmmm...I don't mix my English with Japanese unless I'm referring to something specifically or something thats easier to be said in Japanese such as "Bukkake" (yes I use it in RL >_>) or "Hentai" or "Guro"....(you get where I'm going ).
I'm not one of those people who go "OMG! SO KAWAII! <3~" or anything like that.
I do say a few phrases in Japanese now and then but they're not mixed with English. And like alyxva1 said, I usually say it to people who know what I'm on about as an inside joke.

Ooooh, I forgot about that part. Then yes, I do use Japanese words with English.

(I think it's from word association that I learned what bukkake is and it's from either you or Mamsmilk) I used to be so innocent

I don't really mix my languages when talking online. I do however do it in RL, but this is only to my close friends and family. Most times when this happens with my friends it seems we end up changing the language we were talking in, it normally starts as english and then it'll change to chinese or japanese xD

Nope I don't use it in RL and it irritates me when my friends do. They like using, baka, kono yaro, kisma!, me te, domo, domo arigato(Mr. Roboto.), ganbatte de na sai!, chan, kun, san, genki desu ka?, neko, inu, mimi and other stuff I don't remember at this point. Apparently from my nick some has leaked into my head. Oh and I forgot they also add -jitsu to some of their sports moves....
