I'll give you a quick run down of my fav Trap manga
Prunus girl the holy grail of traps and one of my personal favs
Otokonoko wa Maid Fuku ga Osuki!? about four brothers who dress up as maids to work in their parents maid cafe they all enjoy doing it well one of them is reluctant about doing it at first plenty of panty bulge shots as well
mei no naisho a boy who was told by his mother that he would become a real magical girl at 18 so transfers to an all girl school really pervy SC president and developing perv disciplinary head
corpse party: Musume a horror ecchi manga with a trap(not main character)
brocken blood guy transformers in to magical girl...magical boy i guess would be appropriate
Tsukiyo no Fromage hasn't been updated in a long time ;_; it has really cutesy art a boy who transports in to the universe of his favorite Eroge (fyi i dunno if you would like this, he becomes a girl, surprised at the beginning but doesn't hate it
my doll houseon the smut side, story is..eh
butterfly elementary school boy(dresses as a girl) who teams up with a high school student to fight ghosts
otoxmahohe is forced to cross dress(well forced by his mom to become a magical girl) but it is pretty funny

Hourou Musuko fits the description, it's deeper than most concerning cross genders though less depressing or weird than it sounds, I recommend it
