Be able to search using Japanese characters

So you can look up the name of a mangaka or their series as that's usually already listed on their pages. Sometimes the romanization of a name isn't always precise and thus doesn't show up if you search for it.

Can't you already do that by just typing Japanese into the search box(es)? As long as the mangaka's name or series name is in its original language (or alternate languages) under the "Associated Names" heading, finding them in that language is possible.

Seems that you can. When I try to copy the text from Wikipedia and put it into the search I get nothing, but if I find the authors name on MU and search for it it seems to work. The characters look the same so I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Then maybe...
-Trying the second, third or fourth search results after the first? Sometimes manga have the same name but different authors.
-It might not be on MU yet or the Japanese name wasn't put under the "Associated Names" or the one put down is incorrect/alternate spelling. If that's the case, then yep, searching through the author is a good idea...unless the author's not on MU either. D:
(Now I'm curious, what manga are you searching for?)

If you use the search box on the start page, it only searches for released scanlations, which naturally don't have Japanese titles. You need to click on "Go" and then use the "Title" search. I just recently learned that as well lol.

Turns out there was a space between the characters and that's why it wasn't registering. I was trying to look up the manga Monster Maulers and it's japanese name/artist wasn't showing up so I thought I was typing it wrong. Turns out that series wasn't uploaded so I did it and that mangaka doesn't have a page.
