Hi everyone, if anyone could help me find this manga that'd be great. I've searched through tons of tags, but no luck, probably because my recollection is so vague (sorry...)

The manga focuses on supernatural beings, I think a newbie god, and I think there's one assigned to every town. There might also be a demonic or supernatural helper. The "gods" also have meetings once a month, and I think the MC newbie is favoured by one (or more) of the super senior cool gods?

I remember it being shoujo but with drama, and not much romance. Kami-sama no iru Keshiki was the manga that reminded me, but the one I'm thinking of has more of a drama vibe. I think chapters are about protecting against demonic forces (but there might not be demons, maybe monsters / monsters from humans) or something detective / mystery?
