I remember reading a manhua about the female lead with scar or birthmark on face. I remember some of it with the girl putting poison on her hairpin to make a man who haven't bathed ich all over his body and that she disguised herself as a fat man to run away from someone only to be found again. The girl was a neglected daughter of a general who was bullied by her siblings and was happy to recieve stone from her brother as a gift
