I m not really a fan of shone/shojo ai but i really really like romance manga.
So each time i read one, i m really dissapointed because the relationship evolve generally really too fast.
I search something really slow paced, with no sex involved (i mean no sex at all even just said like "we did it last night") except if it's in the end of the serie. Comedy is a real plus =)

for exemple : Stupid Story It's this genre of plot that i search (only the plot). But i hate this manga cuz it's really too fast, only the 1st chapter is good i think.
You can think of something like Otomen or Kimi ni todoke or Lovely Complex but with same sex love.

I don't care where the story take place (school, workplace, edo era etc...)

Bokura ni Matsuwaru Etcetera shonen ai really cute most is kissing however oneshots but the 1st story is the best

I think Girl Friends would fit pretty well. They might do it in the end tho.

Until the last volume Fake has nothing much beyond the occasional kiss, and the protagonists' relationship slowly evolves over time. The timeline is kind of unspecified, but from the ages of the kids it apparently takes them like seven years to get together. It's generally comedic in tone, although it gets darker in places.

Try Shinkuu Yuusetsu. I can't really say that it's a romance manga. But the relationships portrayed are pretty unique.
