The main thing I can confidently remember about this manga is that the (first/last/both?) cover had the main couple, and that they'd drawn on one another's faces with markers they held in their hands.

Apart from that, I can recall the story was pretty good; it had a realistic portrayal of love-related drama between the two MCs. Its length was relatively short with a few chapters, I believe.
