Agreed.... though I don't mind some classical or eclectic jazz themes.
Some electronic tracks by Sasha make good ring tones.... like Magnetic North and Xpander ..... . also some Ulrich Schnauss tracks.

On our trains, there are signs that say stuff like NO MUSIC WITHOUT HEADPHONES.

I wish they had that here... It's an hour bus journey too and from University and a lot of the time I am on the bus with Secondary/High School students and they have this fascination with showing off the new ringtone they bought to their friends and everyone on the bus... -_-

Me too.
When I'm out of the house, it's on vibrate because the streets can get pretty loud so it's better if I can just feel it buzz in my pocket.
