Is there a site or other resource where people can suggest manga to be translated? There are so many I'd love to see translated and being able to bring them to the attention of people who might be interested too would be really helpful. I'm just a casual reader so I don't know much about how it works.

You could just talk about them on different internet threads, forums and social media prasig what you like about it. If enought people find it interesting someone is bound to translate them. You could also ask a scanation, though it isn't likely to get translated if you only give the title.

I mean if you just want it translated you can mtl it with google lens or a random image or PDF translator. Or just pay someone to translate it. I would also sugest AI translators.
