Years ago, I was reading a manga and the main female lead had dragon blood, I think. She was an orphan (?). She had an affinity with animals. The main male lead also had dragon blood. This showed up with them having a weird marking on their fingernails? And not being able to sleep -- after they had ingested dragon flesh to save their lives.

This sounds really odd and garbled but can anyone tell me what this is?
I tried searching under dragon and a few other things in categories but it wasn't popping up.
