I LOVE stores about gay parents raising kids! Here are a few that I have read/am reading with some dads. The kids in may be a bit older than what you are looking for, but maybe you'll enjoy them?

Hohoemi no Nichijou chapter 1. The child in this is definitely a baby, and there's a sequel where she's about toddler age.

Ikumen After Not baby age, but very young. Kindergarten, I think?

Terpenoid Another one with a very young child, but not baby age.

Nichijousahan Bi - Beautiful Life I don't remember much about this one, but I think I liked it? The kid looks baby/toddler aged from the cover.

Tsubaki Biyori The girl is very young, I don't know if she's in school yet, it's been awhile since I've read this one. But she's tiny on on the cover, so I assume she's toddler aged?

I found these searching the "LGBT Parent/s" tag in Yaoi and Shounen-ai. There's one or two more I like, but the kids are school aged, so I left them out. I can share those if you'd like!

EDIT: I'm not entirely sure how many of these focus on the raising aspect. I'm rereading Nichijousahan, which seems to just feature a young child, and less the two men raising her. Still cute though?

It's really helpful, I will read your suggestions with a great pleasure. I find this kind of manga very atypical and lovable. That's what I want to read the most at the moment because I had a big crush to Kozure Ookami. It is a pity that the author did not continue his story.

Yakkai na Bokura = This is exactly what you are looking for! Chapter 3 is about the parent's past where the baby came into their lives. The 1st and 2nd chapter is about said baby's(who's in high school now) love story. I urge you to read it all!
Sorenari ni Shinken nandesu
Yozora no Sumikko de = Absolute favorite! One of the first yaoi manga's I've read!
Koisuru Barairo Tenchou = It's really fluffy and cute. They're not necessarily raising the baby together, but the uke is in love with the seme and the seme's all fine with it.. I only read it recently which is why I'm recommending it to you!
