The yaoi is pretty explicit, there are sex scenes in every chapter. The seme has blonde hair, medium length, almost to his shoulders, he's pretty tall; the uke (I think his name is Miya) is shorter, and has short black hair. At the beginning it seems the uke was also the seme, but since his partner grew taller he became the seme.
There's a part where the uke is worried that if they keep having sex everyday his partner will get bored, so he asks the doctor at school what to do (also a hot guy and a perv) . The doctor tells him to abstain from having sex for a week, but without telling his boyfriend... So at the end of the week they are almost dying, at the very end the seme finds out the reason for the lack of sex that week and gets pissed, so he does a lame cheating act with the doctor, but "Miya" gets so shocked he starts crying, the seme gets flustered and gets turn on, and they have wild sex in the infirmary : D ....

It's also a manga featuring two couples, the other one is the seme's older brother and a really strong guy that breaks his shoulder when they try to have sex xD
