The girl has a new boyfriend. The boyfriend's friend/brother/relative who has feelings for the boyfriend is jealous of the girl and rapes her. But then the rapist falls for the girl.
It sounds totally f-ed up and rape is disgusting, but this is the first time I heard of a manga where rapist falls for his victim, so I'd like to take a look at it.
