I need links to place to download RAW manga ( I'm currently looking for raw Karin/ Chibi Vampire).

First, you seems to be double posted.
Second, think you should ask in "I'm Looking For.."
Third, have you try sites that share raw mangas before asking?

I thought that to ask for manga downloads is against the rules, even if it is RAW.

Now that you mention it...I've seen three topics asking for Raw manga downloads and none of them have been locked...

I haven't seen any raw asking in general. But well if those three don't get lock then there is no point in locking this unless admin is going to lock these 4 topics.

I think that MegaVolt's Den has them. But you need to register in order to download (there are no post count requirements.)

I've gotten all of mine via bittorrent from Tokyotosho.com. It has been awhile though so those torrents might be dead...
