Missing Novel for Level up Just by Eating!

Level up Just by Eating!'s novel seems to have been completed on MAL with one volume:
MAL: Level Up Just by Eating! (Novel)
But there seems to be another novel entry on MAL that's ongoing that seems to be what the novel adapted from (whose chapters I have yet to find): Level Up Just by Eating! (Novel) (ALTERNATIVE)
I can't find either of these novels on the DB and I'm unable to add them because of the site saying that an entry already exists with the same title.
The second link is the LN and the first is a web novel, but the WN's story is a bit different from the manga.

If you're adding a novel, the series name must have "(Novel)" at the end
Novel series entries are only approved if they have release entries on MangaUpdates that are associated with the series

It did have (Novel) at the end. It's just that there are 2 novels with the same title.

Are you talking about adding on MAL or adding on MU? Because if it's MAL, I can't help you. Here, there is no novel with that name

I'm talking about MU.
There's a paperback edition and a web novel version on Amazon, but the paperback's story is a bit different from the manga.
Neither of them can be found in the related series section.
