Categories are basically meant for spoilers. You can disable categories through your User CP if you don't like them.

It's based on one chapter where he is using his "future vision" too much and his vision gets blurry (implying he'll go blind if he uses it too much). This manga is not about anyone going blind (up to date spoilers included).
