I have about700 mangas and they are constantly growing( about half in german, rest in french and english). if i don't stop soon i will drown because i don't really have the place to store them all. and then there is still the magazines I follow regularly.

I'm ashamed to say only 5 volumes
And I'm even more ashamed to say about 20 gigs 😔

5-6 dozen or so (too lazy to count) with some manwha thrown in there. All shounen or seinen.

I guess I'll update this post after another 2 and half years. I kind of "inherited" my cousin's collection since he moved and wasn't able to bring his ample collection with him, so that ~60 manga collection tripled to about ~200, with several of our respective collections having some series in common. A little bit of everything, from a of couple of art books to hentai, which was pretty surprising to find >_>;. On my hard drive, there's about 80 GB of manga.

Thousands, I never count/list my collection. I've been buying manga since I was a kid, though it was in 2000 when I started to buy regularly.

Manga is i dunno kinda expensive i guess in this part of the world(for me and my family it is), but still i manage to get my hand on a full set of Yuyu Hakusho, Dragon Ball, Detective Conan, Dragon Quest:The Adventure of Dai, Ah! My Goddess, Samurai X, Fist of North Star, of course One Piece, Hunter X Hunter, Detective Academy Q, Kindaichi Case File series, a lil bit of Doraemon here and there(not a complete set), J-Dream and it's sequel J-Dream Hishouhen, Whistle and Get Backers.

Man... what a struggle to collect them, i had to save most of my lunch money, beg here and there from my parents, sold this and that, use almost all my Hari Raya money collection 😎 but in the end, it was worth it. Cuz back then i had a vision of a manga library and now i have one even if it's not the biggest one around but hey it's my private retreat on weekends apart from bolting myself in front of the computer that is 🤣

And it won't end anytime soon 😃

I'm tempted to go home and count them... but that would take up too much time. I own mainly Japanese manga, I do have a few English releases as well, but not many.

Used to be 100+, but sold half. So currently there's around fifty I think...

they became to many to count, so i made a special list here on mangaupdates. There are some where i have only one volume but i often have more than one. The series where i have the most volumes is negima with 28 volumes (29th will be bought this month)
i think it surpassed the 300 some time ago
i want the mangaka to make money, so i buy almost every manga i liked, but the market grew so much, i can´t afford all new releases every month

Nomnomnom.
My manga collection is tiny D:
& I was wondering if anybody would make me a small zip folder with first volumes of favourites and upload it so I can download. I'd be ever so greatful. 😀 I was recommended to read Fruits Basket but it got boring...
Yawn

18 manga volumes I own 🙂 4 from Marmalade Boy, 12 from Fruits Basket, and 2 from Red River >_>
I kinda regret buying Fruits Basket and Red River 😔 I'll sell them one day, or donate them.

The only other manga I want to buy now is Immortal Rain and From Far Away 😀

I made a list of books in my house last summer (over 2000) and this summer I'll make a list of comics that I own. Probably something over 300 vols. It's not as much as I want/read... unfortunately.
(I also wanted to do a list of mangas I've read, but... there are over 100 titles that I read from update to update. Just imagine how many mangas I've read in last 5 years? I also don't remember many of the titles.)

And that is because it's very expensive to have mangas/manhwas imported to Poland. Especially from Japan. Me and my family are good with money, but that's just too much.
To be honest, I read most of them through online readers. If I really like them, I buy them in English/Japanese. Either to have them, or to support the mangaka for his great work. Or both. I also have some mangas in Polish but... the translators just don't feel it.... Or maybe it's me who doesn't feel them.

Btw, did you know that in Japan they don't use the term "manga" to describe manga?

I wish I knew what happened to my collection. I can't remember where I moved it to.

But physically, I have 31 volumes with two on the way and one pre-ordered for January 25th.
