The uke is not close to his workaholic father. His father remarried and the uke got step sister but the uke chose not to stay close to his father's family. The uke also discovered that he got (stomach cancer- somewhat close to that). He lost hope in life because his relationship with the seme is not good. Eventually, he got reconciled with his father and they convince him to get cure in another country. The Uke and his family left to another country without telling seme. The seme waits for him.
