Kunieda Saika - She just has an irresistible humor that I love. And she can go really dark if she wants to. I wish more of her stuff were being worked on.

Tamura Yumi - Just some quality about her works that draw me in. ;-}
Yokobaba Ryo - Her stories are more open, but her art is wonderful.

I wonder if there's more. Basically, I can read the stories of these mangaka over and over again. Which is really rare, since I usually don't find authors I favor too often.
