If you think about it, 😮 Ninjas supposed to be silent skilled assassins that can kill people in seconds and leave without a trace.

Yes. Yes it would. But the difference is that their world isn't supposed to be like ours. There are some ninja in Naruto who act like ninja in our world, but you have to remember that all of Naruto is based on Rule Of Cool.
I mean come on, a move like Chidori is supposed to be an assassination technique, and yet the thing is loud as hell. The thing is literally called "Thousand Birds". 🤣
