What are your hobbies, besides manga/anime related things?

I love to sing and sang in a choir all throughout my life - even through college. It's great stress relief. Did you know Haydn's Hallelujah Chorus gets you high if you sing it right? lol

How about you guys? Do you play an instrument or paint or knit or something? Or do you have no time 'cause you are too busy reading manga?

I like to make animations on flash, drawing, coloring the drawings in photoshop, i used to rollerblade but ever since i moved to Australia I've never got the chance, and i play badminton 😀

I like to sing (alone ( in the shower) )... other people aren't so appriciative 😉

I collect stamps. I like to walk in the park. I like to read books. I like to do challenging and curious math questions. I like to lay on the bed and let my mind wonder about. 😛 However, swimming is not to my taste. Bad memories when I was younger, involving water and drowning.

If i had to choose the one hobby that i love, it would be horse riding. There was a time when i was able to do it every day (i even rode very early in the morning while in high school, sometimes coming to class still stinking of horsesweat). However i can't do that anymore as i live in a big town and the only clubs around are expensive.
I tried many things since then, among which rollerblade or jujitsu. But none was as important to me as horse riding.
So i stick to cooking. Cheap and useful.

**Music **(Only listening, a bit of remixing ==> harddance-jump)
party's (beer! I'm good @ bottom's up)
pc-ing (download-freakmanga-animemoviesut2004varia)
**skiing **(on/off piste and also on 'fake' artificial slopes ~ favorite ski form is carving, getting bad @ offpiste because of the artificial slope-skiing)
Hmm I guess thats all... I'm currently studying Geology so I guess you could consider that a hobby as well 🤨
I also used to play some pingpong, now it's just once or twice a month under friends
*Ow yeah and I also like to look at *girls.... but I guess that's almost every guy's hobby 😀
*... and then there's still my youth club but except for some random activities it usualy comes down again to partying and beer 😛 *

Let's see...hobbies other than manga & anime...

I watch quite a bit of dorama, and am trying to learn Japanese, both of which are closely related to my love for manga.

Knitting - simple stuff, mostly things I can do while watching dorama/anime
Sewing - making clothing, pillows, quilts, etc. but generally nothing too fancy/complicated
Cross stitch - haven't touched it in a couple years, but I have a ton of patterns & supplies
Cooking - yeah...some Japanese food, but also just cooking & baking in general; creating yummy stuff is fun!
Music - mostly listening to it, sometimes I sing along until my kids tell me to stop
Kids - do they count as a hobby?? 🤣
Reading - don't read that much other than manga lately, though

i like to swim, play ping-pong, and play street hockey...i've always listen to music when i read manga, surf the web, and play games, so it's not really a hobby to me....more like a habit...i also collect cool avatars, wallpapers, and random images for later usage....when i read a manga series and come through a cute or awesome picture of the character, i tend to save it so that i can fix it up more nicely later on as an avatar, a sig, or just some graphic image....i wouldn't call fickling on photoshop as my hobby, since i only visit it when i'm really really really bored, or when i feel the need to get a new pair of avatar and signature....i used to use the avatars i've saved from other sites or members, but now i'm more into using my own creations (the avatar & sig i'm using is my own products 😀 )

ps: just remembered...i tend to sing along with songs i like (if it's in english) when i listen to them...sometimes, it's an unconscious action....most of the time, i just like the tune so much that i wanna try to sing it....this is more like a reflex than a hobby though......

Painting - I especially like painting comic book stuff... maybe I need to start making paintings of anime. 🙂

Music - Played trumpet and french horn for many years. Kinda dropped it though... but I would like to start up playing again when I have time.

Badminton - Recently joined the badminton club... I really enjoy this sport!

playing badminton now for 11 years, damn cool sport....I like the speed and the damn fast reaction you need to play it in a proper way.
I like running cross nearly anything that get in my front.....and I'm doing Parkur
