i read it once and i cannot remember a lot about it...

like i said, it is yaoi, i think an one-shot.

the plot:
the main character(A) is in love with a schoolmate(B), another boy, who has a smaller frame than him and actually looks really girly.

But he seems to be in a constant fight over his heart with another schoolmate, that is the childhood friend(C) of his crush (the girly boy).
(The main character also gets himself hurt just so he can meet his crush, that is in charge with the health care.)

So they "fight" a few times but one time the childhood friend(C) protects the main character(A) once from a ball or something.

After that he(C) reveals that he is in love with the main character(A) and they make love.

i also remember that the girly boy (B) is in love with the school nurse (also a man) and he is the student in charge with the health care so he can see the doctor more often.

So...i hope i this was a good enough description...
