Well, I'm 17, still a virgin and never had a girlfriend. Does seem to be relatively common story, but yeah, i don't want to just get rid of it, I'd rather wait for someone special. The troubling thing is though, quite a few of my friends (a number of females included) have told me that they see me as an asexual person, which I do find quite disturbing.

Well, my friends see me like an asexual person to, they see me as a person who never swears for that matter, so when I say "F**K" in class, they all turn and say "Whats the matter with you, I never expected it from you"

I am a virgin by choice. and I'm about to be 22. and ya, I'm not a girl. so I by default go into that horny category meant for dudes. but seriously, by my experiences, chicks are WAY more forward at these things. at least compared to me? Uhh. I know many who say that was something they really regret. If you go to have sex with mentality of course it won't be all that. I admit my first item wasn't fantastic sexually, but emotionally it was HUGE.

I never got why being a virgin is bad. I'm not a virgin. When I wasn't and many were having sex with others, it didn't make a big deal to me whether I was doing it too. When people heard I wasn't they gave me a "huh?" look. Where I live now most people have their first sexual experience around 15-17. A lot of it now I think has to do with peer pressure and immaturity, but that's just my take.

My main thing is, I was in love with her unconditionally my first. For me sex isn't the main part of a relationship, but it's a big step. So make sure you do at the right time. You'll probably regret if you don't. Sorry if I sound like a broken record.
