When did you lose your virginity?

Well, I'm 17, still a virgin and never had a girlfriend. Does seem to be relatively common story, but yeah, i don't want to just get rid of it, I'd rather wait for someone special. The troubling thing is though, quite a few of my friends (a number of females included) have told me that they see me as an asexual person, which I do find quite disturbing.
Oh my! my friends think i'm asexual too! My friend's girlfriend describes me and my friends as "gay" "bi" "straight" and "no". Guess which one is me. After sex she can imagine me going "meh, good job" apathetically while patting his head then leaving. I guess I understand where she's coming from, I don't seek physical contact as much as my other friends and generally feel uncomfortable showing affection. I don't really hug people anymore because i have gotten so many complaints about how my collar bones dig into (short) people's necks. 🙁
Also i tend to run away from over enthusiastic guys. ya know, the guys that are into me and want to spend every possible moment with me. So i guess i don't put out the most 'sexual' vibe.
Sorry for being incoherent

I don't really plan to lose mine to tell you the truth. 19 years old and still having it. My friends look at me as if I'm their sex symbol because I have looks and it's pretty crazy with the stories that goes around the campus. ^_^'
I find being in a relationship rather useless. True love does not exist from my point of view I even given up the search for someone. Oh, nya. =^o^=

Well, popularity at this moment sounds a good trade-off, but I disagree that being in a relationship is useless. Always is. It doesn't imply that you will lose your virginity, but it gives you opportunity to mature emotionally and get better knowledge on the opposite sex. And have sex when you're ready.

I bow to you
itadakumasu@ I think relationships are overrated. Just look how the divorces rate is increasing at amazing speed.

This is true (I hate divorces!), but speaking from my experience, it is usually people involed who overrate or underate relationships. They might end up for bad or good, but still it is a try, probe and error process, like anything else. In most cases (behold shoujo catchphrases!) we fear we'll get hurt. We will, sorry to say, yet we can experience things no other relationship would give if we are little braver.
(I certainly do not argue your right to choose whether to get in a love realtion or not - this should be clear).

I am so glad forced marriages or arranged marriages are banned where I'm at. If people kept that up I would commit seppoku before anyone touches my body.
I also enjoy the fact that if I'm not involved in a relationship I get to avoid the "drama." We humans were born with a brain and were capable of taking care of ourselves. If you fall down. Get back up on your own. There's no need for someone to hold your hand. This is probably my pride speaking for me but I stand true to it.

I don't think you need to commit seppuku over an arranged marriage. Just run away from home and wait for your parents to be so desperate to just see you again that they're willing to call off the stupid thing. Unless the guy/girl turns out awesome.
And your rationalization for why relationships aren't worthwhile sounds too much like a rationalization. Sure, I hate people developing a dependence on their lover, but that's not a healthy relationship anyways.

Oh, I see 🙂
The way I look at love relations is different. I want to hug and kiss, have sex, and do the BDSM on consent if I want, but I certainly don't need a maid or slave. He's doomed if he's spineless, clingy and bosses me around. 🤣
Humans are born with emotions too. If you are saying that the brains helps regulate them independently I'll generally agree. Nothing more however. 🙂

You are all moving into territory I went to schooling on a few weeks back. By the way, "Communication Behavior" is the biggest therapy session in disguise you will ever encounter.

Anyway, I guess I'm behind the times if I still have my virginity (almost 18), but I'm almost painfully introverted and socially inadequate, as well as bitter and unpleasant, so even getting somebody to hang out with me is a task in and of itself.

um, I have a question you virgins out there. Can you tell me about more yourself, I wanna know whether virginity has anything to do with look, outgoingness or it is more like a reflection of your standard for partner.
It would be rude if I just ask and don't talk about myself. I am male 23. I consider myself good looking and outgoing, you can check if you really want to 😛
I hold back because I don't wanna have sex randomly. I think people should only have sex when they are in genuine, beneficial relationships.

I lost my virginity to a girl I enjoyed spending time with but didnt have a love relationship with, I never regretted it (dont know how she feels tho, probably she does, havn't talked to her in 3 years untill last month a quite chat)
She was also 3 years older (me being 15)
The only thing I feel sad about is not staying in touch with her, but she being at university and me being in high school made it quite hard. That and she had her friends and I had mine, we met over summer camp and just hit off realy good.
also I had a GF at that moment, I'm a cheating bastard, not proud of what I did, and I took my GF of that moments virginity a week later, then she dumped me for another guy a month later, payback's a bitch guess I should have seen that comming... I actualy did tho, even before I slept with the other girl... still made me sad for a couple of hours and since then I've been the emotionless person I am now 😛 (not completely true ^^ just not interested in a relationship/girls at this moment might be I never will, seems too much of a drag to me)
