Heck, I'm 29 and I never had a girlfriend. Given my current state of affairs, I probably never will, unless some pre-caught fish lands in my lap like it does in a manga. Actually, wait, no, even if such a thing happened I'd still be too shy to take advantage of the situation. (T_T)

That's just sad

you fail.

@lemec, don't worry, lots of people go around like that, you just need to find the right person, to make you come outa your shell and you'll be ok.

your right dude, i fail

compared to you and him

you fail. Truth.

It took the only person at my school that was more socially reserved then me to get me to open up at all. Without her, I would be like lemec when I turn 29. I just got lucky and found someone to be with (regardless of how awkward we are). The thing about stupidly reserved people like us is that the people we do open up to mean a lot to us and we're less likely to fall victim to the stupid dramu that is normally attached to young love.

Anyway, thread direction is not parallel to thread topic, so back to the secks talk.

Almost 22. Still virgin.

And everything beyond this point is just rambling...

Always been single, no first kiss. (Unless having a boyfriend in kindergarten counts as a relationship and a first kiss 🙂 He hit his head on my bunk bed, I kissed his booboo better, then we made out. And at his birthday his friend didn't believe we'd kissed, so we made out in front of him. Awwww young love. I'm getting sidtracked...).

Honestly I have never seen the point of being in a relationship. And i'm single by choice. Not because I can't get a guy (I've been confessed to on numerous occasions). I'm not a huge fan of going out and doing things with people. Especially the same person over and over again. I go out and do something social and my sims social meter goes up to 100%. And I don't believe in having sex until I am self supporting, with some savings. So that if there are anAndy mishaps, at least I will be able to support the side effects (kids). I do however recognize the financial, and convenience benefits to having another person you can relay on. You can share things, split costs, rent. Someone to come to your aid if you fall ill. And someone you don't feel guilty about asking them to pick you up from the airport, etc. So once I'm out of college, I will try and find a guy I find suitable for marriage (Has a career, not a job, does not dismiss my creativity and passions as trivial and unimportant, and someone I like to be around). He can have sex with me if we are planing on having kids. Other wise, that's what hookers and affairs, and one night stands are for.

In other words, I'll loose my virginity when my brain stops working overtime or I'm raped.
And since everyone's sharing their traumas. My parents 50 year old ex-friend took a particular interest in me I was 16 - 17. He'd "massage" my shoulders and slide his hands down under my bra straps. He'd IM all the time, telling me how smart and pretty and talented he thought I was. So I blocked his IM. I also tried to avoid being alone with him. One time he handed me one of my bras, saying "You dropped it in the hallway, I didn't want to lose it." And one night while we were staying at their house. I said I wanted to watch a movie, he said he'd set it up. When I sat on the couch next to me and put his hand up my shirt. At which point, I ran away saying I was tired, glad nothing more happened. He was such a creep.

I'm just going to say who and when I lost it to haunt me. Maybe it continues to haunt me now. It's part of the reason why I choose to be single. I have baggage that as I grow older, I try and am coming to term with them and learn to be happy with who I am. So there's no point in keep feeling remorse over them. Uh oh, I'm ranting.

@ bunnyhugger, I'm glad that creepy guy was your Mom's ex-friend and no longer her friend.

He became an ex-friend when my parents found out. My mom immediately called them to sever all ties. Apparently my parents were giving him a second chance, hoping that he had changed after 20 years. Turned out he was still a huge pervert. I feel sorry for his wife, she's a very nice lady.

And I'm sorry you had to go through such a traumatic experience. I hope you can find peace with yourself and happiness in your future.

Still got it.
I've been out with 2 guys before but they were only really one date. I've got a new bf now, I think it'll last longer since we were already friends and all that. I haven't had my first kiss and I'm pretty nervous cos it'll probably be soon. (second date is Saturday, but we've known each other for like 2 years, but he was with someone else then).

I think losing my virginity is still a bit off. Any tips for your first real relationship?
Times like these I wish I didn't go to an all girls school.

The third time was a stranger on an airplane... that was exceptionally fun.

That is kinda awesome O_o

I lost mine to my soon-to-be-ex boyfriend 2 months ago, so I was 19. I had LOTS of opportunities before hand but we either hadn't been dating long enough or at all and I'm so glad I waited. In case you're wondering my boyfriend isn't a jerk, it just won't last the 4 months of summer when I move home after uni and I would rather end it now rather than over the phone in a month or so. I'll be spending the summer working every waking hour to pay for my house costs next year so won't get chance to drive down and see him and he works every day as well so we've decided not to delay in inevitable.

18, soon to be 19 and still a virgin 😎 . I honestly want to do it with someone I like, and not with the first random girl... If I wanted, I'm sure that I would've lost my virginity quite some time ago =). I'm thinking pretty much like GTO tbh... hehe.

The only real advice anybody can give you is the run-of-the-mill cheesy stuff like "Be yourself", because regardless of how dumb it sounds, it's probably true. My own personal advice would be to make sure that you never do something you don't want to. Sex related or otherwise. If you have a problem opening up to others (like I do) then fixing that is never a bad thing.
