Just an early bloomer. Early maturation may have to do with too much fat in the diet or something as I learned in bio evolution.

My first time was when I was 13. My body was "physically prepared", but it was still waaaaay to early. Even though a 13 year old body is ready for sex, the mind isn't. A person needs to be mentally prepared as well, 13 year old girls are usually far from ready...
