IF The guy was drunk, and the girl wasn't drunk, is it still the guys fault? Why? Because rape in most peoples minds has to do with penetration and only men are capable of doing that. (I'm excluding sex toys etc.) So if it was fair, the guy could have plead something along the lines of "Anal sex is disgusting. I would never do it sober. It's her fault for allowing me to have sex under influence." But that would never work, would it? But since they were both drunk it's automatically the guys fault. Kinda unfair in my opinion.

😲 That is pretty missed up! Never heard of that.. seriously, if you threw one guy in jail for missing.. do you know how many other males you'd have to do that to? (one of my roomie included) 🤣 I don't understand why people do the things they do.. pretty stupid in my view. But, I also grew up around all males, so I have the whole male point of view on sex.

If the guy is drunk and the girl is not, then no he did not rape/sexually assualt her. However the girl did commit a crime. BUT you'd be hard pressed on getting a conviction. (I remember watching a doc or interview about a girl that would get guys drunk so she could do things with them.) Just because some people percieve rape wrong doesn't mean they're right. People call guys that sleep with girls that are 13 pedos but that is incorrect, they're ephebophilic. You're right it's unfair but if the male initiates it than he is at fault.
