My Idea was one be able to run a search to find a list of users who are interested in the same manga we have on our lists (with preference only completed lists and reading lists)

You can already do this if you go to a series page and click on one of the numbers under "List Stats".

You're right. However it's limited to the series you selected, my idea was to extend to all the series (not just the selected manga) and be able to sort the number of matches.
