Nope & nope.

It's not licenced and I don't think it will be anytime soon. It's completed in japan and I don't think there's an anime or will be. It's currently being scanlated so you can check the groups page and visit there website to see if they have downloads other than that you're screwed. 😐

i dont think this series will ever get licensed just because it is loaded beyond capacity with japanese pop culture references and jokes about the kanji about of the peoples

Well the last release was at the end of august of last year so I would say there's a major question mark on wheather or not k-o is still scanlating it. 😐
