A while ago I've read this manga, I think it was part of a collection of one-shots, josei or shoujo maybe and if I remember correctly that story was about a shut-in girl who would seldom leave her room. I think she had one of those little things that measures the numbers of footsteps you make and she noticed that when she rolled over it would add one step. Then one day a girl rang at the door, it was a girl who used to live here with her boyfriend before the protagonist and she went to Italy to study design to impress her boyfriend (something like that) and had just returned and at the end they kind of become friend
