I didn't note this, but this list was compiled from an issue of "NegiPa," which had the entire list. That said, it is somewhat old now. I am unaware of any updated lists being produced though.

Doesn't seem to make much sense. Even in the 200+ chapters Asuna seems to care about Negi, and even have a crush on his 15-year-old-version, but still, I doubt she's that much in love with him. (2nd place tied).

Negi and Asuna absolutely do love one another, but it isn't a romantic sort of love and there isn't a lot of sex appeal between them. Rather their affection is based on their partnership and their desire to protect and take good care of one another. It's hard to explain, but Negi's bond with Asuna is about as strong as any.

Well, based on recent chapters, Somebody could actually probably update that list, although I have no doubt that it will be updated by Chamo-kun in the manga soon enough. That being said, I will try to update the list to the best of my ability. (Which means 5/6 accurate.) Don't use me as a guide. I'm NOT the mangaka after all.

The numbers mean, from left to right: Friendship (tomo), Familiarity (oya), Love/Desire (koi), Pure Love (ai), Lust (iro/"ero" 😉 , Total. Thus, it's easier to understand the chart. The chart measures on a scale of 1 - 20 for each type of feeling. Thus, very low is 1 - 4, low is 5 - 8, medium 9 - 12, high is 13 - 16, very high is 17 - 20.

(A similar chart was made up in Love Hina, though it was done by Keitaro's sister then and there was only one column) I'll post the original list first and then the updated list. Here we go. Also, don't believe my updated list too much. Like I said, it's not official.

As you can see, most of the lower values have not changed, as those characters are interacted with less

(excluding Asakura and Natsumi, as both are trapped with Negi and Co. in the Magical World.) And lets not get started on Zazie. The character with the most artful design and she almost is never used except for some occasional comedy. Gah. What was Ken-san thinking? AH, who knows. I can't judge. Anyway, some scores may surprise you on how much they jumped. HOWEVER, if you take into account what those higher scores came from, it's not as surprising. After this, I think I'm going to make a flow chart displaying relationships between characters. Also, regarding the love between Asuna and Negi, It's been said before, it's more of a family-type love than a romantic love, though there is some of that.
