Ok, I'm going to be a senior starting August 30. Later than everyone else, I know, but we don't get out until June 20-something. This year was a record - June 18.

And for those of you complaining about regular honors classes, please stop. They're not that bad. APs are worse, I took AP US, AP Chem in school and did AP music theory on my own and did well on the tree exams. But the amount of AP classes that I'm taking this year may be a bit tough. Plus college stuff...

There's no froshing at my school. Anyone seen/caught gets suspended automatically. Probably better that way. I didn't have any troubles as a freshman.

I'm actually kinda looking forward to school to see my friends more often. Once you get used to it, it's not that bad, except that I wish that I could sleep more. 1-6 is not enough.

but senior years have exams, and on every exam you get 2 days off before, and exam day off. add to that the pre-finals (1 day off+exam day) and you have a week off school for every exam you take>_< hahahahahaha!!!! last year i saw school only at evenings from april, and thats becuz i had editing hours. seniors have an easy life 😀 😛

At my school, seniors are exempt from finals if their grade is a B+ or higher. And AP classes don't have finals. So I'm looking forward to a one month party after AP exams next year.

i start skool in like 2 weeks from now,im actually excited for skool cuz most of my friends went somewhere out of the state durin summer vaca && when they came back i had to go somewhere outta state too, soo i havent seen most of them in a LONNGGG time, so i really miss them♥
Ughh but i hate wakin up early,im kinda use to it cuz my lil sis already started skool && since my parents go to work uber early i have to take care of her in the mornin, && also becuz my dog wakes me up early so i can walk her or else she does her "business" in the house & my parents get uber mad!

My school starts in a week! Just thinking where to park gives me a headache 🤢

I have relatively fun classes this semester, so I'm a bit excited.

Me too, I hate waking up before noon (morning people are insane), but I have to 'cause I drive my little cousins to school and the traffic's terrible. I miss the days where I just have to walk to go to school.

My skool starts back on Aug 17. An orientation day. Thing is, we just let out of the summer semester on Aug 6. Just over 2 weeks vacation and i work the whole time 😢 😢

my school starts september 6th. i want to go back cuz of my friends but since only half of my friends are taking AP and honors i wont be able to see my other friends that much.

Haha, yeah I know. I got them done a couple days ago. Luckily I got everything I wanted except History because there wasn't a time that would work into the rest of my schedule the way I wanted. 🙁

i think i'm starting on aug.29 >_<....i'm quite nervous right now, since it's gonna be my first year in high school 🤢

Ive got another week and 1/2 and then sophmore year of uni. Dear lord I'm ready to get back.

I'm starting hs junior year on aug 27th.

I'm scared out of my wits for AP English because of the rumors about the guy teaching it. There are rumors of a new AP English teacher though, and I'm hoping, hoping hard. On the other hand, my schedule is less tight because I'm not replacing PE with TA, I'll finally get the cool math teacher for once because only he teaches Calculus BC (he teaches both Precalculus AND Calculus AB, but somehow I missed him two years straight), and I think I'll even have the cool science teacher.

Somehow, AP English puts in more weight of suckage than the good things weigh in for cool though. =\

My school starts next Tuesday :S... Another boring school year ahead =)

That being said I am looking forward to it since I'm starting Chinese.

Edit: Wow 200th post, dunno if I should feel special or not. Also it seems a lot of people have taken or will take the SATs. Am I one of the only people here that had to take the ACTs?

good luck with Chinese, I've heard GPA horror stories about casual anime fans taking asian languages. I'm in the same boat with classes, can't wait for 9am physics II.

I actually did want Japanese, but my college doesn't offer it so I took Chinese. Anyway the main reason I took it is because I plan on using it in the future. Good luck with physics, my first semester I took a 9am physics that lasted for 2 hours and just about failed all the tests since I just about fell asleep in every class. Now if the class was later in the day I'd probably done better.
