Need help w title

So it’s a bl where there’s a zombie apocalypse and the Mc with reddish hair and a white haired commander is paired together for a mission. They get stuck in a cave and the commander injects a zombie antidote or something into the mc and they do the deed, then they’re saved (?) I believe the artist is the same one that drew “I became the wife of the male lead” but for the life of me I can’t remember the name. Thanks!
