I could deal with some at some point, like when you browse Google, you end up going to an advertisement site, or a random site instead of the site you want to go to, instead you have to copy and paste the site web address onto the browser.

But this is different: Most sites I try to go to without Google, I end up in another site, and no matter how many times i copy and paste it, it will lead to a random site, even occasionally slow my computer down. Even the sites i bookmarked, it does the same thing.Including when I tried to download something, it takes me to an advertisement, instead of downloading. And now its spreading across my bookmarks, and i don't know what this is, or how to stop it. I'm afraid it might affect my favorite browsing sites, and I'll unable to continue on with this.
Can anyone please help me? I don't know how to fix this, or where do I turn to? Using Advances SystemCare doesn't seem to be helping me either.

I'm currently using Microsoft XP(regular ver.) with Dell.

It's probably a highjacker, if the antivirus doesn't get it, try some anti-spyware/ad-ware software.

I used to use McAfee but it doesn't work that well with those viruses. I would suggest AVG 9.0 complete one and its working so far.

I downloaded the Malwarebyte program, but it doesn't seems to do anything. Is the program no longer supported by the original? If that's the case, I need another solution, since there are so many virus removal programs out there, its difficult to know which I program I can actually trust. Or maybe i should just buy a software somewhere in stores.

You scanned and it didn't find anything? That's odd...

You can also try spybot: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html

No, it didn't even open after downloading it. Could it be that another program is interfering? but i already closed down my other program, and it still doesn't open.
And the site you just provided me keeps saying the site does not exist, or it cannot be found.
I'm running out of options here, and I am getting worried that I won't ever know how to fix this problem...

The virus you have blocks all antivirus sites and prevents malwarebytes from working.
You should check your hosts file to see that it has not been altered.
You can try to get malware bytes to work again by renaming the mbam.exe file to something else then try running it again. This doesn't always work.
As suggested before try spybot:http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html.
I remember having a similar problem before and that worked for me. Hopefully this helps.

If all else fails, reformat.

It sounds like a rootkit. It blocks antivirus software and prevents them from running. Try finding a program called "Combofix". If your rootkit prevents malware bytes from running, it'll probably block combofix as well. To fix that problem, you simply rename "Combofix.exe" to anything that's not antivirus related.
