Tobirama (Senju's brother?) is Tobi?

Itama looks like Zetsu to me.

As long as we're talking about who looks like whom, Hinata took her hair style from Hashirama. It's kinda weird.

I guess if he had his own Edo Tensi, that would explain how he was able to break free from Kabuto's resurrection technique.

Why would Madara revive Itama though? Itami was Hashirama's brother not some1 who Madara would care about.

I'm pretty sure it'll turn out that Madara and Hashirama will become friends and decide to create a truce, which results in the formation of Konoha. Then together, they will realize that death is the start of the cycle of revenge and try to come up with a way to end death so that they can create an eternal peace. Edo Tensei is likely one of the results, but the fact that you have to kill someone to revive someone removes it as a solution. That's why they each devise other plans (i.e. The Moon Eye Plan).

My point is that the reason they all know about Edo Tensei is probably because they developed it together.

Admittedly, the problem with this theory occurs when you think about how Tobi told the story to Sasuke way back when... he said Madara was totally against the formation of the village, because he had just taken his brother's eyes (with the implication that the brother didn't survive).

I thought the Second Hokage made, or at least was involved in creating, Edo Tensei. 😕

Well orochimaru said so, and as much of a creep he is he doesn't really say lies in cases such as these, and I doubt his information gathering abilities would get something like that wrong.

ok, read like 200 chapters in one go and caught back up with the current story and want to unload some ideas from my head before i forget em when i put this manga on hold until it finishes.

first off, i can see naruto's next 'upgrade' as controlling nine-tail's yin (essentially doubling his Jinchūriki powers) since it was released from Shinigami's belly along with everything else. so instead of just the Yang Release, it will be upgraded into the Yin–Yang Release since naruto has got the tsundere kurama under his belt. that on top of the fact that the tailed beasts were hinting at naruto as the reincarnation of the Sage of the Six Paths. it would be a major plot hole if kurama's freed yin is ignored entirely.

Orochimaru now getting back his soul's arms, needs to seek out the Sword of Totsuka from dead Itachi's Susanoo so he can get the rest of his soul back. dont know how that will work. the author didnt forget about the totuka either since it was used against undead Nagato. so another potential plot hole if orochimaru will be fine n dandy w/o his main soul body since he was having a very hard time with just his soul arms missing after the 3rd hokage cut them off. maybe it can be explained that the totsuka doesn't seal away souls and only the Dead Demon Consuming Seal does this so orochimaru's main armless soul was floating around free until he was revived again.

Kishimoto Masashi will do naruto injustice if he ends the series with the shinobi war arc unless he makes this massive arc even longer. naruto needs to face off against sasgay at least one more time which can be a short arc in itself. and orochimaru needs to be factored in. also, he need at least couple epilogue chapters with our cast as sensei themselves since a huge theme in this series was always about "the next generation" so it would be nice to see the baton being passed down when this show ends. also with the quick flashforward hookups to get the romance out of the way.

got many other predictions and ideas but i think i got most urgent ones off my chest for now.
tl;dr this is a rant that was made for myself to see if i was very off on my predictions when i pick up naruto again couple years from now.

Huh? Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, and Itama Senju(he dies as a kid) are brothers. Tobi is Obito, part of the team Kakashi was in under the leadership of Minato Namikaze (Kushina Uzumaki's Husband and Naruto's daddy). Madara Uchiha is Madara Uchiha. Just because a jutsu is forbidden doesn't mean that it won't get known by a lot of people. Orochimaru said that Edo Tensei is a rather straight-forward jutsu, and one that Tobirama should have left deep in the recesses of his mind.

Seeing as it's a Jutsu used to revive the dead, it wouldn't be surprising if the person he first used it to revive was his own brother, who had died young. Madara, being at the time one of the most powerful people in the village, would have almost certainly heard of it, and knowing it meant that when the summoning was broken that he could use it to remain in the world. I'm sure there has to be some kind of limitation on it though.

As for Orochimaru, I don't think he has to go find any more pieces of himself. He's been very good at having multiple backups of himself everywhere, and it seems that the only sealing he can't avoid is the Shiki Fuin, which of course he has now freed his arms from. I have been wondering though how it will affect the 9 tails, as there was quite a bit of its power sealed in there.

Right now, I'm wondering exactly what Madara was doing for the decades before he met Obito. He doesn't seem to have been incapacitated until he was quite old. Kind of makes me wonder why he didn't take action sooner.

Of course, right now I'm just wondering what exactly the Sage of the 6 paths intended for the 9 tailed beasts. He said eventually they would become one again, but he must have had a plan. He also must have been unimaginably powerful to have been able to subdue the 10 tails by himself.
